Welcome to the LGBTQ Game Archive, documenting the history of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer content in games (currently digital, but we do hope to expand). This site is a research project organized by Adrienne Shaw, a faculty member at Temple University’s Lew Klein College of Media and Communication. Previous work on this project is funded in part by a grant from Refiguring Innovation in Games (ReFig) and Temple University’s Digital Scholarship Center. As we do not have funding at the moment, we always appreciate volunteers to keep things going!

IN 2018-2019 we collaborated on with the Schwules Museum in Berlin, Germany on an exhibit of queer game history!

For more information on this project please check out our “about” page and for more information on who the “we” referred to throughout this site please see this page.
