In The Longest Journey, the protagonist April lives in the Border House. This boarding house is run by a lesbian couple: Fiona and Mickey. They are explicitly a couple in the game, and have run the Border House together for approximately 15 years. There are many places the player can hear more about their relationship (e.g., this video).
