Luminous Arc 3, the third installment in the Luminous Arc collection of strategy RPGs, is set in the Royal Kingdom of Saint Bardia. At peace for one thousand years, a war between humans and the Felicias (fairies) has broken out over gaining possession of magical eyes. In this portion of the series, witches are nearly extinct, but their legacy is carried on through “Magi” and two characters associated with the old craft – Sarah, an aspiring master witch, and Holy Witch Sylvia.
