Gay Fighter Supreme, a parody of 90s style fighting games such as Street Fighter, is described by creator Michael Patrick as “a Pride parade gone rogue”. Users select one of 10 lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans characters, such as lesbian Sappho Ethridge, twink Timmy Spears, drag performer Carrie Cupcake, and GoGo Gary, in order to win the coveted title of “Gay Fighter Supreme”. Unbeknownst to the fighters, the competition is actually controlled by the evil LOSRZ, The League of Oppressive Self-Righteous Zealots. LOSRZ plans on brainwashing the fighters in what is the game’s metaphor for inner-LGBT community divisions and controversy.
