Ultima V: Lazarus is a fan remake of the Origin’s 1988 Ultima V. In the game, Sven is a non-player character and pirate that can be found in Buccaneer’s Den. It is possible for the player-character to “go all the way” with Sven regardless of the player-character’s gender. This is part of the quest “Go All The Way.”
