The player-character is able to end up with any one of over twenty characters that join the adventure, regardless of their gender. Although many of the male characters’ endings are platonic, there are often subtle hints suggesting romantic interest. Kyouichi Houraiji is the only male character who openly declares his love for the player-character in his ending.
