Vessels are beings of the “Void” who were created by the Pale King as a means of stopping the Infection in Hollow Knight. They have been confirmed by the developers to be genderless in a Reddit AMA thread as well as in developer notes, as listed on the Hollow Knight fandom wiki. This means that they are Agender. Vessels in the game are as follows:
