In Resonance of Fate, Le Chit-Chat Noir is a bar “known for the quality of its drinks and the charm of its legendary bartender. The Bartender himself is flamboyant, has feminine mannerisms, wears makeup, and flirts with Vashyron (one of the male protagonists). A video of the cut scenes involving Vashyron and the Bartender can be found here.  Some fans have also mentioned the Bartender in discussing LGBTQ coded characters in Japanese Role-Playing Games.
