Escape from Pleasure Planet centers on the adventures of Captain Tycho Minogue as he journeys to the gay tourist resort world of Arcadia to track down a ruthless criminal. Along the way, Minogue tries to figure out the secret of Pleasure Planet and its seemingly unending hedonistic opportunities. Escape from Pleasure Planet is a game mostly populated by handsome gay men, drawing on sexual humor and campy aesthetics throughout its storyline. Developer Nick Miller describes Escape from Pleasure Planet as being gayer than its predecessor and it touches on iconic sci-fi themes as well as different elements of modern gay culture.
