Even before same sex marriage was legal in the United States, Tibia allowed two player characters to get married regardless of their gender. In order to get married players must collect two Wedding Rings and two Wedding Outfit Boxes and request to be wed by a priest. After they are married, both players receive Newly Wed Outfits, and are given access to Meluna for a day for their honeymoon. It does not matter what level each player is at in order to get married, but both players must consent. In order to get a divorce, however, only one player’s permission is necessary.
