Coming Out on Top contains numerous explicit sex scenes. During these scenes, the player navigates through different options/dialogues and might end up: masturbating alone or with someone else; being fingered; having anal sex (“topping” or “bottoming”); giving or receiving oral sex, anilingus, or facial; having group sex; or engaging in BDSM or role-play.
