Azami is a Blade, a playable battle companion, in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. In the character-specific storyline, called Heart-to-heart, Azami is seen as wanting to spend more time with their Driver (can be any playable character in the party), regardless of their gender or race. One of the playable characters, Mythra, coaches her on her dating techniques in an early cutscene in the quest.
