In third game of the Gabriel Knight Series, Blood of the Sacred, Blood of the Damned, it is hinted at that Lady Lily Howard and Estelle Stiles are a couple. Howard is a socialite and former actress and her relationship with her companion is never explicitly defined. When Gabriel searches their room, however, they only have one bed. You can see them here, around 23:00.
