Voldo in Soul Calibur Series

Voldo appears in the first game in the Soul series (Soul Edge). He is a fighter and contortionist from Palermo, Naples. His costume is inspired by bondage gear and descriptions of him generally emphasize how sexualized he is in the series. Voldo has been listed on some “gay game character” lists (here, here), but largely he is noted for being an “odd” character.
