‘Final Fantasy XIV’, a massively multiplayer online version of the series, included same-sex marriage.

This inspired a group of players to participate in a pride parade in the game. The parade was organized by the Rough Trade Gaming Community (RTGC), a network that spans multiple games and describes itself as “the world’s biggest LGBT guild.” A video of the parade is available here.
