Carol and Greta in Fallout 3

Carol and Greta are two ghouls who run a hotel called Carol’s Place in the Underworld. Carol rents out the rooms and Greta serves the food. They’ve run this hotel together for over 60 years and are heavily implied to be a couple. Carol adopted another ghoul named Gob, whom the player meets very early on in the game. Greta is apparently jealous of Gob and also warns female player-character to “stay away from Carol.” Through various game paths, the player might kill both Gob and Greta, which will leave Carol despondent.

Carol’s backstory is available in this video, and a video of her discussing her relationship to Gob and Greta is available here.
