Cremisius (Krem) Aclassi in Dragon Age: Inquisition

Krem is the second explictly transgender character in the Dragon Age universe, however he is the first major trans character to be in one of the games. He is also one of the first transmale characters to appear in any video game (as far as we can tell). Similar to Serendipity in Dragon Age II, voiced by a male actor, Krem is voiced by a female voice actor, which has been criticized. However, many have also argued that Krem is one of the best realized trans characters in a mainstream video game (see here).
