Hespith and Branka in Dragon Age: Origins

In Dragon Age: Origins, Branka is a dwarven Paragon who, while married to the warrior Oghren, has a lover, Hespith, who accompanies her on the expedition to recover the Anvil of the Void. Hespith is ultimately sacrificed so Branka can achieve her end goals. Hespith states: “I was her captain, and I did not stop her. Her lover, and I could not turn her. Forgive her… but no, she cannot be forgiven. Not for what she did. Not for what she has become.”
