Serendipity appears in Dragon Age II, and is a “city elf” sex worker who can be found at The Blooming Rose brothel where her services are available at a premium rate. Although the character presents as female, she is voiced by a male voice actor speaking in a typical male voice.
There have been debates as to whether Serendipity is a transwoman character or a drag queen, though in a no longer available blog post, lead series writer David Gaider admitted she was supposed to be a drag queen, but they failed to represent her very well.
