Commandant Scott Dolph (USMC) appears in Metal Gear Solid 2. Is it stated that he is Vamp’s lover, but Dolph’s sexuality is not explicitly stated. It is rumored that he is bisexual, because he had a relationship with Vamp while he was still married to his wife (see also here). Without confirmation, we are listing him as bisexual implicit.
