Mr. Torgue High-Five Flexington is the eponymous character behind the DLC “Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage,” and he gives the player quite a few missions to undertake. He is the founder of Torgue Weapons in the Borderlands universe, and underneath his volatile exterior apparently quite kindhearted. Mr. Torgue makes a comment that he finds all of the Vault Hunters attractive regardless of their gender, which lead to some fan speculation about his sexuality. Anthony Burch later confirms that Mr. Torgue is canonically bisexual in a post about inclusivity in the Borderlands franchise.
