The Hater in Grand Theft Auto IV

The Hater is homophobic character in Grand Theft Auto IV who harasses and attacks gay men in Middle Park. In the mission “Hating the Haters,” the player-character Niko is tasked with protecting Bernie Crane from the Hater, and ultimately kills him.
