In Grand Theft Auto IV, players can access information about various criminals in Liberty City through the LCPD database. The characters listed below have profiles or are implied in the game to be homosexual, bisexual, or transgender.
Roy Zito is a Gambetti Family underboss whose LCPD record first appears in GTA IV. In Ballad of Gay Tony, Tony implies he had a sexual encounter with Roy. This conversation appears in this video at about 2:23.
Heathcliff Waterstreet’s and Gavin Finkle’s names also appear in the GTA IV LCPD database. They are partners and live together. Posters to GTA forums suggest that both appear in Ballad of Gay Tony, but we cannot find confirmation of this. Both Heathcliff and Gavin are banned from Tony’s nightclub Hercules. Wiki authors refer to Heathcliff as homosexual and Gavin (whose nickname is Ambrosia) as a transvestite, though it is unclear if Gavin is actually a trans woman, drag queen, or simply dresses as a woman for sex work (which Gavin has been arrested for multiple times). It is also unclear if either would define themselves as gay, or if that is simply what players have called them.
