LGB Characters in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

There are several minor gay or implicitly gay characters in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

First, are police officers in San Fierro (the game’s version of San Francisco) whose dialog implies they are gay. This can be heard in the video below (content warning: violence and threats of sexual assault). Their dialog is also listed here.

In San Fierro, reportedly (see here), players can see gay and lesbian couples walking together on the streets. All the images and videos we have found are of men walking together holding hands, however. We don’t link them here, because the ones we have found are of players shooting these couples.

The owner of the ProLaps sporting goods store in the game is reportedly coded as gay (see here, here, and here). He can be heard speaking to the player in the video clip below.

Bobby is a character who does not appear in the game but, according to two members of the Sindacco crime family, has recently “gone queer.” The conversation can be see in the video here, starting at about 15:30.
