Unnamed Homosexual NPCs in Grand Theft Auto IV

In Grand Theft Auto IV, there are some pedestrians who may be coded as homosexual. These male characters are programmed to use female voices when screaming in pain, and have effeminate mannerisms when they move. Aside from two wikis (here and here), however, we have no documentation of these pedestrians.

In the multiplayer version of GTA IV, female NPCs can use either taunts or flirty dialogue. Reportedly (see here and here) they only use flirty taunts while near women and intimidating taunts near men. Moreover, in the multiplayer version it is reportedly possible to customize one’s avatar to look like the character below (which, as the title suggests, is meant to be read as a lesbian player-character):
