The character Katie Zhan, who the player-character CJ can date in  Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, is noted to be homophobic. She doesn’t like it if the player drives her through the Queens district.

My Five Uncles is a television show advertised in the game. As the ad in the video below explains, the show is about five gay men who live together and adopt a teenage daughter.

Ultimate Disk in the Dark is a game advertised in San Andreas, which is roughly based on Ultimate Frisbee. As the commercial below demonstrates, the commercial uses a lot of gay references and the ad appears to hail a homosexual male player. A text of the commercial dialog is available here. In GTA IV, Bernie Crane also plays Ultimate Disk in the Dark.

The San Fierro Packers are the baseball team of San Fierro, the game’s version of San Francisco. The team is sponsored by Fierro fudge, leading some wiki contributors to assume the team’s name is a reference to the slur “fudge packer,” used to refer to gay men (see here and here).

Uphill Gardener Center appears in the Queens district of the game. It is not an accessible location for the player, though the garden centers trucks appear throughout San Andreas. The term “uphill gardener” is a slur for gay men, referencing anal sex.

TransFender is a player-accessible location in the game. It is where players can customize vechiles. The name and the tag line “body swap shop,” are clearly plays on the term transgender and the transphobic assumption that trans people are “swapping” their bodies.
